With the new 2020 catalogue, JAR launches a new Class A interim edge protection system with maximum safety and manufacturing guarantees.
It is a new SPPB made of galvanised steel tube and high quality materials, a product updated with the new recently published standard in force UNE EN 13374 + A1: 2019.
A product tested at Tecnalia Research & Innovation, the only laboratory in Spain with ENAC Accreditation for class A edge protection systems.
ENAC is the National Accreditation Body declared, according to Spanish Royal Decree 1715 of 20101, as the only body having public authority to grant accreditation in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation (EC) n.º765/20082. Requirement of the standard for SPPB manufacturers in section 7.1. Standard in connection with which Meplasjar is a member of the technical subcommittee on standardisation AEN /CTN81/SC2/GT4 since 2011 for interim edge protection systems, participating in this national subcommittee in the development of this euro-standard over the last decade.
